ignite is a quarterly initiative created for Frontier Senior Living™, designed to enrich the lives of older adults through creativity, connection, and lifelong learning. As part of Frontier's award-winning Spark™ program, which is inspired by the Montessori Method and focuses on providing residents with meaningful ways to feel needed and be productive, ignite promotes cognitive stimulation and community through engaging, activity-based experiences. Each edition focuses on a specific theme such as Creativity, Community, Strategy, or Comfort, shaping activities that support social, mental, and physical well-being.

This edition centers on Creativity, featuring activities like crocheting, painting, music, and photography to spark imagination and self-expression. Each task is designed to be flexible and accessible, encouraging residents to explore new ideas or reconnect with past interests. Every issue includes a custom-designed newspaper and an activity book, offering engaging content and guided projects that encourage participation, personal growth, and deeper connection among residents. The design system uses clear structure, large-scale type, and inviting visuals to make each experience feel both exciting and easy to follow.
